2. Consultations and Treatments

• Free consultations are subject to prior appointment and availability.
• Ayurvedic and Chinese medicine treatments are personalized based on the individual's condition and history. Results may vary from person to person.
• Pregnant women, individuals with serious health conditions, or those on long-term medications must disclose all relevant medical details before starting any therapy.

3. Thakkali Food Outlet

• Meals provided are vegetarian and prepared using traditional Kerala recipes aligned with Ayurvedic dietary principles.
• We strive to maintain hygiene and use quality ingredients; however, guests are responsible for disclosing any food allergies or intolerances.

4. Oushadhi Pharmacy

• Products sold are Ayurvedic and herbal remedies approved by licensed authorities.
• Customers should consult our health experts or physicians before self-administering any medication.
• Medicines once sold are not returnable unless damaged or expired upon delivery.

5. Appointments, Cancellations, and Refunds

• Appointments must be booked in advance and confirmed via email or phone.
• Cancellations or rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
• No refunds are provided for missed or partially used treatment packages.

6. Privacy and Data Use

• Your personal information is handled with strict confidentiality and will only be used for service-related communication.
• We do not share your data with third parties without your explicit consent.

7. Code of Conduct

• Visitors are expected to maintain respect and decorum within the premises.
• NHC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone violating ethical, health, or safety guidelines.

8. Legal Jurisdiction

• These terms are governed by the laws of Kerala, India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Kerala.
